Enterprise Cloud for ERP 故障につきまして回復しましたのでご報告致します。


　■発生日時： 2025年06月29日　21時18分（JST）

　■回復日時： 2025年06月30日　03時50分（JST）

　■故障ステータス：回復済

　■対象メニュー：IaaS Compute VM

　■サービス影響：
　　IaaS Compute VMの基盤設備（物理ホスト）において不具合が発生し、お客様ご利用の
　　一部の仮想マシンが停止または再起動が発生しました。

　■対応状況：
　　不具合の発生した物理ホストの強制停止を実施して回復いたしました。

　■お客さまへのお願い事項：
　　不具合の発生した物理ホスト上で動いていたお客様仮想マシンにおいて
　　回復処置により仮想マシンの再起動が 6/30 3:20頃 に発生した為、
　　当該仮想マシンにおけるOSやアプリケーション動作に不具合が
　　発生していないか念のためご確認をお願いいたします。
　　なお、仮想マシンは現在は正常な物理ホスト上で動作しております。

ご利用のお客様に多大なご迷惑をお掛けし、大変申し訳ございませんでした。

We would like to inform the recovery of this incident.

-Failure Period
Start date：2025/06/29 21:18(JST)
End date：2025/06/30 03:50(JST)

-Service Impact:
Customers cannot use some functions for IaaS Compute VM service.
It might be affected your system.

-Requests (for customers):
Your VM was occurred VMHA from a failed virtual foundation
and is now running on a healthy virtual foundation.
Please check if OS-restart (caused VMHA,at 03:20 JST)
has caused any problems with the OS or application operation
of your VM.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause you.
