Things Cloudサービスの基盤メンテナンスにつきまして、ご連絡させていただきます。


　■開始日時： 2025年06月17日　10時00分（JST)

　■終了日時： 2025年06月20日　08時00分（JST)

　■対象サービス：Things Cloud

　■サービス影響範囲：

　工事時間帯のうち一部時間帯において、以下の影響がございます。

　影響範囲
　　・マイクロサービス再起動に伴うスマートルール/カスタムストリーミング処理機能の1分～数分以内の停止

　影響の可能性がある時間帯：
　　・6月17日 10:00 から 6月17日 16:00 まで
　　・6月19日 20:00 から 6月20日 06:00 まで

　■工事内容：

　機能拡充の為のメンテナンス

　■その他：

　カスタムストリーミング処理機能の一時的な停止を伴い、ご利用のお客様にご迷惑をお掛けし大変申し訳ございません。
　本メンテナンスによりThings Cloud Release 2025へバージョンアップされます。
　上記の一時的な影響を除き、工事中はThings Cloudを通常通りご利用頂くことが可能です。
　Release 2025へのバージョンアップに伴い、上記期間中においては一時的にバージョン（現行バージョンを含めた）の混在が発生いたします。
　リリース作業には最新の注意を払って実施いたします。何卒ご理解を賜りますようお願い申し上げます。

　■バージョンアップに伴う変更について:

　Things Cloud開発者サイトに公開している最新のリリースノート（2025年5月15日更新）をご参照ください。
　リリースノートには、現在提供中のver10.18から今回のRelease 2025にかけて実装された新機能、改善、修正などのすべての関連する変更が記載されています。さらに、リリースノートには、非推奨やAPIの変更に関する通知も含まれており、将来的にお客さまのご対応が必要になる可能性のある仕様変更が含まれています。十分に内容をご確認くださいますようお願い申し上げます。

We will be performing maintenance to the Things Cloud Services as below.

-Maintenance Time

　Start date : 2025/06/17　10:00 (JST)
　End date : 2025/06/20　8:00 (JST)

-Service Impact

　During certain periods within the maintenance window, the following impacts may occur:

　　Potentially impacted periods:
　　　・2025/06/17 10:00 - 2025/06/17 16:00 (JST)
　　　・2025/06/19 20:00 - 2025/06/20 06:00 (JST)

　　Scope of impact:
　　　Temporary service interruption of the smart rules and the custom streaming analytics function due to the restart of microservices (up to a few minutes).

-Purpose

　Maintenance of functional expansion and infrastructural changes

-Note

　We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to our customers due to the temporary suspension of the custom streaming analytics function.
　After the completion of this maintenance, Things Cloud will be upgraded to Release 2025.
　Due to the upgrade to Release 2025, there will be a temporary coexistence of different versions (including the current version) during the maintenance period.
